Avanti is a mixed-use luxury development in the heart of Calabasas, California. This resort-style community developed by The New Home Company consists of seven residential buildings and one mixed-use building.  The residential buildings include 72 luxury condominiums with private decks, balconies, and in-residence elevator access through semi-private elevators.  The amenities include a community clubhouse, a swimming pool with private cabanas, and an outdoor fireplace.

The mixed-use building, designed to LEED Silver Building standards, includes dining and high-end retail space on level one, a spa on level two, and affordable housing units on levels two and three.  This building also consists of two levels of below-grade parking.  ACI served as the owner’s representative for this building.  In this role, ACI addressed the day-to-day site issues, managed the construction budget, and provided coordination between the design team and the general contractor.
